I tried this map out earlier today -- very different feel given the single level, but it played well.

I ran:
Darth Vader
Death Star Troopers x2
Stormtroopers x2
vs.
Kashono Daishi
Ninjas of the Northern Wind
Isamu
Otanashi
Shiori
Kumiko
Moriko

Though the only ninja with range was Shiori, the ninja faction cut through the Stormtroopers/Death Star Troopers like a hot knife through butter. But then they ran into Darth Vader. Vader personally Force Choked to death 2 of the Northern Wind, Isamu, and finished off both Kumiko and Kashono with the same. Moriko managed to give him a couple wounds, but he pretty much countered all attacks even when it was briefly 4 on 1.
Final outcome: Darth Vader (4 life), 1 Stormtrooper.

Thanks for the report!

Vader can be taken down, but he can also be a fierce enemy.

It might be useful to add this note to the pdf itself as folks building the map may only be looking there and not see this information.

Also a question: should the Roadway tiles be played as normal Roadway tiles with the +3 Move bonus for those units starting on them? Not sure if there is a reason they should get a bonus in this case over the concrete/dungeon tiles?

Did this ever get answered?

After reviewing the tests that were done on this map prior to its release and discussing in the HoSS Inner Sanctum, we have determined that the +3 Road Bonus to movement does not apply.

The OP has been updated as follows:
