Character Bio:
The crazed, poisoned minds of the Oathbound of Maladrix's slaughtered hive are well-suited to war. Aggressive, heedless of their own safety, and frothing with rage, these chemically mutilated warriors never yield. They are incapable of yielding. They think of nothing but their oath, and work for nothing but the preservation of their Queen.

The phalanx is their most intimidating formation, and the easiest for their melted minds to perform. A ball of skittering wrath puts pause to many would-be assailants of their beloved hive. But some oathbound are less mad than others. Not sane; never sane. But less mad. These are prone to acts of independence from the mob of maws.

These unique Skordyre do not hope for the Queen to notice their service. They are not capable of such complex, self-centered thoughts. They want only to defend a hive that no longer exists. And in its absence, they want only to kill.

At the start of the game, if you have the Oathbound Phalanx in your Army, then you may place any or all Oathbound Legionnaire figures on your Oathbound Phalanx Army Card instead of placing them normally. Instead of attacking with an Oathbound Legionnaire, if you control the Oathbound Phalanx and it is adjacent to that Legionnaire, you may place that Oathbound Legionnaire onto the Oathbound Phalanx's Army Card.

DISENGAGE
Oathbound Legionnaires are never attacked when leaving an engagement.

CLIMB X2
When moving up or down levels of terrain, Oathbound Legionnaires may double their height.
