What is ScapeCon?

BADGE OPTIONS:
ScapeCon V Badge: $430
ScapeCon V No Breakfast Badge: $355
ScapeCon V No Meals Badge: $190

Please note that these prices are conditioned on the food prices remaining about where they've been. If the food prices increase dramatically, the badge prices will have to increase to reflect the increased price.

Badge Details:
ScapeCon V Badge includes: 5 days of gaming; 11 meals (Wednesday dinner-Sunday breakfast); t-shirt; and prize support (prizes for coming, prizes for playing, and prizes for winning).
ScapeCon V No Breakfast Badge includes: all of the above except for all 4 breakfasts.
ScapeCon V No Meals Badge includes: all of the above except for all 11 meals.

Refunds:
We can refund you until May 25, at which point we will be unable to issue any refunds except in case of emergency.

Hotel Block Information: Rooms are $139 a night with our group. You are not required to stay at the hotel. You can book rooms from 6/24 - 6/29 (inclusive) with the same code at the same rate (in case you're arriving on Tuesday or leaving on Monday).


Cap: 72 People.

Sign-Ups:
We're running ScapeCon through heroscape.org. If you have not created an account yet at heroscape.org, please do so now here. Your username on there should match your HeroScapers username (or the name you usually go by at ScapeCon, if you don't have an account). Everyone attending will need their own account with their own linked email address.


PRIORITY SIGN-UPS:
If you have attended ScapeCon Indy (ScapeCons 1-4- ScapeCon East does not count) AT LEAST TWICE, you may sign up on the .org page now: ScapeCon V.

On November 1, sign-ups will open for those who have attended ScapeCon Indy AT LEAST ONCE.

On November 16, we will draw names for new attendees. Please fill out this Google Form. We are using a lottery system to fill the final few spots instead of making people compete to click a button first. https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1...v0wXUaWllcBIASEmVqMxEnww/viewform?usp=sf_link

(Note: there are some reserved spots that may not be filled by anyone else for judges/TDs/organizers and a few special guests.)

Anyone who is not able to sign-up on .org (either because it fills up or because they haven't attended before) may sign-up for the waitlist beginning on November 16. Anyone who signs up on .org before they are allowed to sign up will be dropped from the Convention page.


Payment Dates:
Payment for your badge opens on February 1. You will have 2 weeks to pay. On February 15, anyone who was not paid will be dropped from the Convention page, and people from the waitlist will be able to sign-up on the .org page and pay.

In like Finn and overextending
 
New Attendees: You have until the end of the month to fill out the form. I will draw names and post a public waitlist on December 1st.

We have approval from the hotel to increase the capacity slightly. We will be raising the cap to 76. Also, I would expect a few people in the current 71 to be unable to attend for various reasons.

Thanks for the update.
 
I rolled D20s for the waitlist order, which is now posted in the OP. The first 6 will be able to sign up on .org once the spots are added there. I suspect not everyone currently signed up will come; I will reach out to the next people in line as spots become available.
