Looks like my dad is going to come this year; does he just need to sign up for Scapecon 4 on heroscape.org and then send his money via PayPal, or is there any additional steps? He already has both heroscape.org and heroscapers.com accounts

I believe that makes at least 12 over age 40 attendees. Looks like a Wise Man Tourney is needed for Thursday or Friday night.

Either Thurs. or Fri. depending on if you are conducting coaching again this year (make it the opposite night). I thought the 2019 GenCon format was great. Maybe run that again -- would it work with delta, or would the bonuses and delta not work well together?

Yes, although I am not involved in either map selection or event selection (other than the world famous "Wise Men Tourney").
On another note, if you are staying at the hotel and if you have not booked your room please do so. I believe our room block expires on July 5 when the rooms are released and you will no longer receive the block rate. Also, we do not want a last minute rush in case we need to add rooms to the block. Last year we needed to add king rooms and we were able to do so at the same price. The hotel is busier this year as it picked up a new corporate client.
The restaurant is open all the time now due to the contract requirements of the new corporate client. Therefore, we can get lunch in the restaurant on Sunday afternoon before hitting the road (or for anyone staying until Monday) for those interested (reservations not required).

If you are going to ScapeCon and you will not be eating any meals that your badge includes please let us know as we do not want to pay for meals that will not be eaten. In particular, if you are arriving after dinner on Wed. please let us know. There is a google doc that has been sent to everyone who is attending on .org regarding this, but not everyone has signed up on .org yet.

What time is dinner Wednesday? Our flight was supposed to land around 4:30pm, but it’s been pushed back until 5:50pm. I’ll definitely be hungry.
