I played my full army, he played his -2 Deathchasers.
The map was very difficult for Nerak to cover a lot of open space and even with that giant glacier, there were a good number of sniperable locations for the Microcorp making things even harder. Mega spent a lot of the early going taking Valda and when I would successfully knock him off of it, he would be attackable but not able to reach me with Adelbern in one turn nor with the deathchasers without retaking Valda.
Round 1
-Mega won initiative, took Valda, and was attacking in my startzone before I had revealed an order marker! He attacked Tornak (blocked) and killed a MT. [He said he thought I might have an OM1 on Blades to take Valda with Tornak and deny him so was hoping for big hit on Tornak)
-I killed the 2 deathchasers in my startzone, but missed a Heavy Weapons on Valda.
-Adelbern gains the Ring of Protection, development from DCs
-I kill 2 DCs, including Valda (8 remaining)
-Nerak moves up onto my half of the board, DCs retake Valda and go 1/2 on their attacks (15 MT remaining)
-MT kill 2 DCs, including Valda (6 remaining)
Rough round for the deathchasers. They came in hot and were chopped up. The way Mega played it with development he really need to have a turn retaining Valda and outside of OM1-OM2 here, he couldn't keep it.
Round 2 - Initiative Switch

-Adelbern moves up into a threatening position. DCs retreat behind glacier
-MT kill 1DC, 1W to Adelbern (3 remaining).

Was a fun event. Nothing fancy about my army. Looking at the map set I knew I wanted to play a 4 man ranged squad and thought Microcorp offered the best value and left enough points for a supplementary piece I liked. Blades x1, Tornak was useful as a screen in a couple of my games, were critically targeted instead of MT in a couple of my games, and won 1 of my games by taking down Mok by sending firepower at him that the MT had been unable to do.

Round 1 vs. SkyWhale (Marcus Decimus Gallus, Parmenio, Valguard, Sacred Bandx4.5)

Good map for the range in this matchup. I got 14 attacks off before the Band army was able to engage me. (7 dead Sacred Band, 3w Valguard).
Valguard did make it to me and started making strides killing on each attack (taking some disengages to do it. Some concentrated fire against Valguard also helped the Band to get some traction moving up.
Valguard eventually took Dagmar and Parmenio and the remaining band were eventually able to roll up together into my pod breaking it down.
I started up 7 Sacred Band and by end of Round 4 though it was 13 dead Band to 10 dead Micros, with Parmenio and full squad attacking me.
A critical order marker with Tornak and The Blade gruts tied up all the encroaching Einar units getting a few hits as well. The Band then had to chew through the gruts allowing Microcorp to get key attacks through while screened off.
The endgame turned into 4 Micros, Tornak, 1 Blade vs. Marcus and Valguard (3 life). Valguard only got one attack of 2v3 before the sustained Micro fire took him down. Marcus tanked awhile even getting an initiative switch kill, but wasn't enough.
Round 2 vs. knight of scape (Mok, Shieldsmiths of Granite Keepx5.33)

This was another map that really helped me going into melee. The opportunity for safe first shots was pretty high. That would be the case except for Valda. However my exchange rate was really good for 2v6 and 3v6 and even with Valda, KoS had a tough time engaging my Micros.
KoS led all Dwarves saving Mok for the endgame, but the Micros held strong even with Dwarves mostly holding both glyphs (Move, Sola Astrid). The Micros won that first battle killing 13 dwarves, while losing 7 Troopers. 2 Dwarves hopped onto Mok leaving the endgame as:
Mok vs. 10 Microcorp Troopers and Tornak/Blades
Seems fine right? well.... I get first strike but my 4 attacks of 3 and 4 are all blocked (2 attacks of 4 as I'm holding Astrid). Mok kills 3 Troopers (7 left). 2 attacks of 4 do 1 wound to Mok. Mok kills 2 troopers (5 left)
I'm pretty much in panic mode now. 4 attacks of 4 and 2 of 3 have only done 1 wound and Mok is 5/5 on kills. While I still have 5 troopers left, they are all in my startzone or on the glyph so mok will now only be seeing low ground attacks....
-Mok wins initiative and kills 2 more Troopers (3 left. Mok is 7/7 on kills vs. MT, with only 2 of those his normal attack).
-The Micros get another wound (Mok 6 life left).
-Mok kills a trooper, and then gets his first miss (8/9). (2 troopers left)
-Blade Gruts/Tornak move out conservatively into threat range where Mok could only get Gunner Attacks
-Mok moves closer, killing a Blade Grut
-1 Blade Grut takes SA, and Tornak and Blade Gruts do 3 wounds to Mok (3 life left).
*Initiative Switch
-Tornak and Blades do 1 more wound to Mok (2 life left)
-KoS spends a lot of time thinking about this move and decides to try and take out the Order Marker (instead of big hit on Tornak). 7v3 kills a Blade Grut....but both 3v2s from the Gunners are blocked.
-Tornak's 5v4 is blocked, but the Blade Gruts (leaving Astrid) get 2 attacks of 3v4 that kill the Giant. gg
Round 3 vs. quozl (Bol, Marro Hive, Marro Dronesx4, Marro Stingersx2.33)

Whew this was another tight one. The Hive build wants to grind this out and was succesful. quozl opened with a mix of his squads waiting for the micros to develop before jumping on them with the stingers.
Fairly even figure to figure exchanges over the course of the first 3 rounds, with the Troopers slowly gaining numbers advantage and positioning advantage. (I was able to do 2 hits to the Hive during these skirmishes) However the Drones really started to turn it back around once the stingers were knocked out, and while they were shifting the tide, Stingers were regenerating. The board state was 6 Drones, 2 Stingers, Hive vs. 3 Troopers and Tornak/Blades when I shifted to Tornak. And wow were the gruts effective. Tornak and the Blades took out 5 Drones and a Stinger before a full squad or regenerated Stingers killed 2 Blades.
Tornak and the 2 Blades hit all 3 of their attacks though (4v3 and 2x 3v3) to kill the last squad of stingers.......This leaves Hive and 1 Drone on glyph. This should be gg right?
-Drone moves off of glyph, Drone rebirth (2 left now)
-Hive takes 3 wounds from the 4v2 and 2x 3v2 (1 life Hive). This was a likely mistake by me as I think I should have gone after the Squad figures, even if the Hive attack was soooo tempting.
-Drones kill 1 Blade Grut (1 left), and Drone rebirth (3 left now)

I win a huge initiative, and in another mistake I put the OM on Tornak. I could have shifted Tornak so the Blade Grut would only have attacked by the Hive (1v3), so I give up that attack of 3

-Drones get 3 attacks of 3v5 that kill the full health Tornak
-No TURN (Tornak)
-Drones move
-Microcorp move up and 3 attack get a kill on a Drone (2 left)

Another really good map for Microcorp. I won initiative and really jumped on frog early. Omega got upgraded and moved out but only killed 1 Microcorp in 4 attacks in Round 1. While taking 3 wounds.
That effectively ended the possibility of Omega seeing order markers, so while frog shifted to dwarves I shifted to attacking dwarves and pinging at Omega. I killed 4 axegrinders and Omega before the dwarves got an attack.
Darrak got into my base and was a real pain, but I was able to keep slowly killing the dwarves as they moved in and eventually sf ran out of them. I was able to concentrate down the heroes after that.

Rough dice luck for IHA in this one. No matter which army you think is better, everyone could agree the final survior discrepancy is warped.
This one had a lot to do with a risky Raelin placement by me, not punished quick enough combined by really effective 2v2 and 2v3 rolling
Round 1 - kd initiatve
-Blasts/Micros
-Blats 4x 1v3 all blocked
-Micros attacks into Raelin/Jungle soulborgs all blocked
-Raelin moves to level 4 perch (I really had to debate this, but winning initiative like I did I felt I had to be aggressive with Raelin
-Raelin takes 1 wound (she saw 2x 2v4, 1x 2v3, 1x 4v4)
Round 2 - Initiative switch to IHA
-All firing at Raelin (3x 2v4, 1x4v3) deals 2 wounds (2 life left)
-Soulborgs all in, each blast attack getting boosted gets 2 kills (15 MT left)
-Troopers all in against Raelin again, but just do 1 wound (1 life left). This was really the big one, absorbing all 4 MT attacks when the soulborgs all over the central area
-Soulborgs are a little cold only killing 1 MT with their 4 attacks (14 MT left)
-Raelin goes down (of course from a 4 skull vs. 0 shield attack with 1 life), and the first bot goes down. A Blast
-The advancing soulborge grind through 2 more MT (12 MT left)
Round 3 - Initiative switch to kd
-4/4 kills from the Blasts, making 6 over the last two turns is brutal for IHA (8 MT left)
-Troopers go 0/4 on return fire. Agruably ending the game with these last 4 turns (where I kill 6 MT take all the positioning and only 1 soulborg dies)
-I only go 3/4 this time, killing 3 Troopers (5 MT left)
-Finally another soulborg dies as MT kill 2 Gladiatrons
-Borgs go 2/4 on attacks (3 MT left)
-MT kill 2 borgs

Intense game with a lot of maneuvering and posturing. Cleon made the comment he would have bid down 5 or 6 Microcorp with blade gruts and I could see why with how the game progressed and with the awful luck Cleon had.
I'll steal this from dok, but he alluded this was a 2 ACT game. ACT 1 was with Koggo on the board and ACT 2 without.
While Koggo was on the board I could take 2v2 attacks at the Microcorp from my side of the board within Raelin while slow rolling, once Koggo was gone, I had a lot more urgency to be aggressive.
Round 1
I kill 4 Microcorp. 3 with Kogg and 1 with a cutter I stretched far. And Cleon killed.....nothing. Not even that cutter who was outside Raelin's aura. Wild. (11 MT left)
Round 2
-cleon gets a kill. Taking out 2 slashers (16 left)

-cleon gets a hit on Koggo (1)

-All 4 slasher attacks fail AND prevents Basher attack. I thought this was a game breaker. 8 straigh attacks blocked and it prevented 2 Basher turns while they were within attack range. I suppose it was a misplay on my part to engage all 4 slashers, but I was confident, especially with Sola Astrid, I could get one kill every 4 attacks.

-Slashers turn it around with a vengeance getting 3 kills in 3 attacks. Basher misses (4 MT left)

Interesting matchup that seemed it was going to be about how many pings got through from the Micros and how well the 6/7 defense of the Cathar held up on their approach.
Round 1
I was able to get 8 attacks off against the Cathar, mostly 2v5 and 3v5 and was able to drop 2 Cathar while they developed. On OM3 kobe moved Raeling up to an agressive position on lava. I retreated and had planned on taking a Heavy Weapons attack on Cathar but after my attacks of 2 did 3 wounds I sent the 4v4 up at her for a 4th wound. (LAVA: Miss)
Round 2 -kobe initiative
-Cathar advance but are still well away from an attack
-My heavy weapons kill Raelin (she rolled 3/24 on defense in 6 defense rolls...wayyyy different than my Raelin against IHA). And I snipe a 3rd Cathar (10 Cathar)
-Cathar finally reach me and get 1 kill in 3 attacks (16 MT)
-MT attacks all blocked
-Cathar get 2 kills (14 MT)
-MT get 1 Cathar (9 Cathar)
My kills slow down and the Cathar advance gaining position, nearing my SZ.
Round 3
Interesting battle at my startzone on the level 2 ground where I try to push him into attack from lava or low ground and he engages to try and force me back but gives up the attack die. Really interesting interplay around the bush across from the swamp river as well.
At then end of this round we have
5 Cathar, Raymond vs. 10 MT, Gruts
I win initiative and we swap a pair of squad member (3 Cathar vs. 8 MT) The next 2 OMs I go 0/8 attacking 2v4 and 2x Heavy Weapons, while Cathars kill 3 MT and a Blade, fearing a Blade OM.
3 Cathar Raymond vs. 7 MT, 3 Blades, Tornak
Really tough deceisions. The Blade Grut attack was a deceision point as it meant that only 2 Cathar were attacking into MT instead of 3. Not sure the right answer but it hurt this round, but maybe I would have had that Blade OM if I had all 4 left.

-MT starts retreating out of the SZ south and finally get another Cathar kill (2 left)
-Cathar go opposite of the MT and kill 2 Blades (Cathar went 4/4 on 3v3 kills on Blade Gruts, if those attacks went at Microcorp (which only 3 could have been, this game is way different in the end)
