With HoSS in an indefinite holding pattern, I decided to start posting some of my customs that we didn't get to work on.

Thanks! Fixed the link . Death Troopers are one that I feel like they need something else or something different.
 
These are great. Love seeing all the Rebels crew and Starkiller.

For Death Troopers, I’d maybe make them Unique and better against Heroes than regular Stormtroopers. They felt like one of the only competent Imperial trooper types. That’s a totally different design than what you have, though.

I don't mind changing them if they work better. They are slightly better with the higher attack, but then only attacking with 2 at a time does nerf that. I think if they go unique, I'd have a squad of 3 or 4.
 
Needed more insight on the Death Troopers, so I looked them up on Wookieepedia. They were elite Stormtroopers. Physically enhanced. Better, stealthier armor. Enhanced sensors in their helmets. Trained in close combat, as well.

Here's attempt #2. 100 points fits more for a 3-man squad. Probably 120-ish for a 4th member.

Death Troopers have +1 Move, +1 Range, +2 Attack or +3 against adjacent, +1 Defense with Disengage, and ability to target figures obscured or hiding next to terrain.
