Place Destructible Objects and Tokens on spaces as follows:
D = Debris
I = Inspiring Landmark
C = Command Hub

SPECIAL RULES:
Swamp spaces are considered Krypton spaces and Swamp water spaces are considered Krypton Core spaces, each instead of their regular types.
During cleanup, each figure that occupies a Krypton Core space rolls 1 damage die for Toxic damage.

It's really hard to be a map guy. Most of us can just say... "Looks pretty!" and it's not until we actually play it can we really comment.

I can't tell if it's good or bad but I'll know it when I play it

Round 1: Initiative

Batman starts on his card. Swamp Thing places his wild plants.

Chimp finds the 1 on Red Ranger. Initiative Rangers. Red has Blue and Pink go down the southern road to avoid some plants that Swamp Thing put in the middle of their entry way to the Kryptonian core. Batman has Zatanna and Chimp advance to height. Black and Red advance. Zatanna advances and blasts Black Ranger for 2 wounds with a lightning bolt. Blue uses the X on Black and blasts Zatanna from range for 1 wound. Batman pops up next to Black but fails to hit the damage die roll on him.
Chimp picks the 2. Initiative Investigators. Batman rolls 3 skulls but Zatanna changes 1 to a blank, which wounds Black. Batman stealths away and hits Black from range, finishing him. Chimp hops onto the Command Hub and attacks Blue, but Pink’s arrow fends him off and the Rangers all flip forward. Red engages Batman, Blue uses the X and Red’s axe swings and hits Batman for 2 wounds. Batman returns to the shadows. Yellow knifes Chimp for 2 wounds. Chimp uses the hub to move OM2 and OM3 to Batman. Z uses a Mystic Flame that rolls all skulls and hits Red for 1 wound and Blue for 3. Chimp avoids a swipe and slashes Pink for 3 wounds. Pink and Red take out Zatanna. Swamp Thing moves a plant and then moves towards the Rangers. Pink and Red both fail to wound Swamp Thing, who is on height. Batman drops and hits Red for 1 wound.
Chimp picks the 3. Initiative Rangers. Using the X, both rerolls his special attack, and a reroll from Yellow, Blue gets all skulls on Batman and finishes him off. Yellow whiffs her special attack on Chimp. Batman had OM1. Yellow and Red each hit Swamp Thing for 2 wounds with their special attacks. Swamp Thing tries to sock Red but Pink’s reactive shot stops him. Yellow puts a sixth wound on Swamp Thing and then Reactive Shot finishes him.
Chimp picks the 2. Initiative Rangers. Red and Yellow finish Chimp off.

Map Summary: Fun map

Who won? List figures remaining in the winning army (include life remaining for heroes): Yellow Ranger with full Life, Red Ranger with 3 Life, Pink Ranger with 2 Life, and Blue Ranger with 2 Life win

Batman starts on his card.

Initiative Hellvestigators. Etrigan adjusts position slightly. Raven flies forward, through the pillars, to height. Etrigan advances again. Cyborg advances. Etrigan advances again. Titans Go! Starfire advances and fails to hit Etrigan from height. Beast Boy and Nightwing join their allies. Batman drops, and throws batarangs at Raven, Nightwing, and Cyborg, hitting only Raven.
Initiative Hellvestigators. Hellslinger moves himself and Werewolf up. Etrigan engages Beast Boy and hits him and Raven for 1 wound each with his special attack. Titans Go! Raven heals a wound that she takes from Beast Boy, then uses Soul Self to put 1 wound on Batman. Starfire recklessly engages Batman and hits him for 2 wounds so he bounces to his card. Starfire blasts Etrigan twice for 2 wounds. Nightwing hits a whiffing Etrigan for 2 wounds with his Escrima. Hellslinger engages Starfire and Beastboy, and attacks Starfire for 1 wound, uses his unrevealed OM, burns Starfire for a second wound, replaces the OM and takes a wound, then fails to hit Starfire with the follow up, thanks to Cyborg’s auto block. Raven takes Starfire’s 2 wounds, heals 1, and then blasts Hellslinger for 2 wounds from height. Hellslinger takes a swipe from Starfire, engages Raven, and hits her for 1 wound, but then falls to Cyborg’s response. Etrigan uses his special attack and hits every Titan but Starfire. Raven (who is defeated), Beast Boy, and Nightwing each take 1 wound. Cyborg blasts Etrigan for a fifth wound in response. Cyborg punches Etrigan for a sixth wound. Batman drops and misses damage dice on Nightwing and Cyborg. Etrigan barely avoids a toxic wound that would’ve finished him.
Initiative Hellvestigators. Batman engages Cyborg and punches him for 2 wounds. Etrigan hits Cyborg for 2 wounds. Titans Go! Beast Boy fails to finish Etrigan with Python. Starfire punches out Batman (Who had OM2) and finishes Etrigan. Nightwing advances and hits Werewolf for 1 wound. Beast Boy goes after Werewolf, Gorilla-punching him for a second wound. Werewolf attacks Beast Boy for 2 wounds, then Beast Boy Rabbits away. Werewolf heals 1 wound. Starfire advances and triple attacks Werewolf, taking him down to 2 Life.
Initiative Werewolf. He triple attacks Beastboy for 3 wounds but takes one of his own from Porcupine. Werewolf heals 1 wound. Titans Go! Beast Boy Gorilla punches Werewolf for 1 wound, then Starfire finishes him off.

Map Summary: Got into the action fast enough but there was room to move around and enough going on to keep things dynamic

Who won? List figures remaining in the winning army (include life remaining for heroes): Starfire with Full Life, Nightwing with 3/4 Life, Beast Boy with 1/7 Life, and Cyborg with 2/6 Life win.

Chimp finds the 1 on Wonder Woman. Initiative Trinity. Wonder Woman takes to height. Hulk takes to the road. JL Batman joins Wonder Woman. Elongated Man and Hulk advance. Superman advances. Hulk engages Wonder Woman from height disadvantage, but can’t hit her. Batman drops onto the Inspiring Monument and fails a damage die roll on Wonder Woman.
Wonder Woman uses a marker. Chimp finds the X. Initiative Trinity after JL Batman uses a marker to steal it. Superman punches down on Hulk for 4 wounds, then uses a marker. Wonder Woman punches down on Hulk but can’t hit, so he flings her next to Superman for 1 wound on each of them. JL Batman hits Hulk for 2 wounds with a radiant light Batarang. Hulk leaps next to him. Elongated Man advances. Batman engages Wonder Woman and punches her for 1 wound. Superman punches out Hulk. Batman puts an auto wound on Superman and has Elongated Man advance. Elongated Man can’t hit Superman. Superman punches down on Batman for 1 wound, despite Fighting Chance. Batman puts another auto wound on Superman. Elongated Man punches Batman for 2 wounds after a bounce.
Wonder Woman uses a marker. Elongated Man finds the 1 on Superman. Chimp picks it. Initiative Trinity. Superman fails to hit Batman from height and Batman jumps back onto his card. Wonder Woman punches Elongated Man for 2 wounds and Batman hits him for a third. Elongated Man punches Wonder Woman for 1 wound. Superman punches out Elongated Man. Chimp advances. Superman moves to the Inspiring Monument. Chimp advances. Batman drops and misses a damage die roll on Superman.
Wonder Woman uses her last marker. Chimp finds the 3. Initiative Trinity after Batman uses a marker to steal it. Superman fails to hit Batman, who pops back onto his card. Wonder Woman advances. Batman advances and Chimp escapes. Chimp can’t hit Wonder Woman. Superman punches out Chimp and ends it.

Map Summary: I’m happy with how it played

Who won? List figures remaining in the winning army (include life remaining for heroes): Superman with 4/7 Life, Wonder Woman with 3/6 Life, and Batman with 2/4 Life win.

Units: Batman (230), Darkness (330), Darklings (100), Detective Chimp (140), Lizard (200) (1000) vs Godzilla (1000)

Batman starts on his card.
Chimp finds OM2. Initiative Investigators. Lizard, Darkness, and Darklings advance. Godzilla charges up and charges forward. Lizard advances and fails to hit Godzilla from height disadvantage. Darkness and Darklings advance. Godzilla charges up and smacks down on Lizard, somehow only getting 3 wounds in on an 8 hit attack. Darkness advances onto shadow, hits Godzilla for 1 wound from range, then hits Godzilla for 1 wound from a damage die. Darklings advance. Godzilla stomps through Lizard and two Darklings, taking out 1 Darkling, then smacks Lizard for 2 wounds. Batman pops up on the Inspiring Monument and hits Godzilla for a third wound.
Chimp finds OM2 again. Initiative Investigators. Batman auto wounds Godzilla. Darkness can’t bring back a Darkling, but does punch Godzilla for 2 wounds from shadow, then hits his damage die for wound 7 on Godzilla. The Darklings swarm. Godzilla stomps through 2 Darklings (defeating 1) and Darkness (1 wound), then punches out Lizard from height. Batman rolls a very unfortunate 2 shields. Godzilla stomps through the last Darkling and Darkness (1 wound) then uses his atomic breath, which takes out the last Darkling and then Darkness. Batman charges Godzilla, but can’t hit him. Godzilla punches out poor Batman.
Chimp gets OM2. Initiative Chimp. He advances and so does Godzilla. Chimp can’t hit Godzilla. Godzilla hits down on Chimp for 2 wounds. Chimp climbs up onto shadow and even height and slashes Godzilla for 1 wound. Godzilla stomps through Chimp for a third wound, then finishes it with his Atomic Breath.

Map Summary: Godzilla had no trouble stomping through things and didn’t fear the toxic damage.

Who won? List figures remaining in the winning army (include life remaining for heroes): Godzilla with 12/20 Life wins.

OVERALL IMPRESSIONS: I like where it’s at but am eager to get other opinions since I’ve played on it a lot now.
