Setup probably shouldn't mention "glyph" locations since glyphs aren't a thing in 2.0, right?

Technically we are voting for Release. We don't hold maps On Deck these days.

Should the PDF and Pocketmod map list the setup? Right now it just has the random glyph symbol but you have to look in the thread to see which items to use.
