Incredibly happy with my purchase!
Thanks very much for your review. I try to make sure everything is straight before it gets packaged. But Sometimes it's difficult to package things in a way that it doesn't get a little bent in transit. If you have a hair dryer it's a quick fix to straighten up the weapon. Just heat it up and usually it naturally will go back into straight. You can also use boiling water, just don't get the base sticker wet. Hope that helps, Stay Awesome

Finally got me a Fortress of the Valkyrie, along with some figures, and they showed up all in great condition! I'm a little surprised at how difficult some of the tiles are to fit together and pull apart, but i guess thats to be expected from nearly 20 year old plastic, lol.

I have bought figures through Joe 3 times now! Each time has been a pleasure. Joe is quick to respond and the figures have all been delivered fast and in great shape!
Absolutely a pleasure to do business with. I ordered quite a bit of items to get started and he was very helpful in assisting my son and I get started. . Ordered a sizable list of figures and terrain. It was extremely well packaged, and everything was in bags to assist us in identifying what was what. (This was at our request because we didn't need the boxes and why pay for the extra shipping).

Nearly finished my classic collection thanks to Joe- He's the best seller out there!
Recently ordered some figures and cards from Joe to replace some that I had lost over the years. Even though he was on vacation he was prompt to respond, and when he returned he got me clear photos of everything I wanted and confirmed everything was in stock and in good condition. Shipping came within the timeframe mentioned and everything was in great condition as described. Will definitely be coming back for future purchases!
Great transaction. Everything arrived when Joe said it would – he even held off shipping to fit our travel schedule – and in great condition. Communication was responsive and clear with pictures of what we'd be getting.

I received my order and my heart sank, the box was smashed up pretty bad. But when I opened it everything had made it through in great shape. Excellent packing! I'm already putting together my next order!
2nd order in the books and everything arrived just as awesome as the first time! Love that Joe is a true heroscaper and relates to his customers. He helped me out getting a figure for my kids that was hard to find and added it to my order free of charge due to a crack in the base. He even repaired the figure as best he could and printed up a card for it. When it arrived my kids couldn't care less about the repair! They are too busy battling to notice the bottom of the base! Thanks so much Joe!
