Killo-what is "low tier 1 and high tier 3" in regards to armies? I know that units have been given grades over time, but this concept is something that I seemed to have missed.

Sorry, I sometimes forget that not everyone has this site as obsessively memorized as me. For a general breakdown of tier-age, check out this thread (link to there and power rankings added to OP where appropriate).

This reminded me-if you have an idea for an army that uses units that have alreasy been suggested, post it anyways. I'd like to have a variety of armies in the armies post for people to discuss, tweak, and informally vote on (adding that tyo OP as well).

You can go ahead and throw Isamu or Otonashi in there as a 10 point filler, or replace the Dumutef with a 30-35 point unit.
