Yeah, he can take out Green Lanterns and Flash with just 4 skulls in a roll. He better be worth 90 points more than Hasbro version, not to mention a ranged attack of 6.

Seriously - Consuming Slashes is fierce. He could potentially take out Prof X in one turn with Prof X and Angel both incapable of responding. Yipes! I'd think 90 points more at least ... and Spider-Sense hits on a roll of 15+, whereas this guy saves himself on 14+. Small, but significant difference (just like the difference between range of 1 and 2).

C3G can be played with official Heroscape, but it's not recommended.

That said, from the tests 240 looks fine, so here's my pre-yea for playtesting.
In another note, I'd really love it if you put down the point totals for the armies in the army tests, Griff, as well as what cost you were testing the test figure (Venom) at to reach that cost. It really helps me better analyze the overall results of army tests to see this information.

C3G can be played with official Heroscape, but it's not recommended.
