I think if you look at the dice in a bright light you will see they are dark red.

When I took my Ornak out of the box i thought, "hey they didnt just give me a regular twenty sided did they?"

I looked closer and it had a hint of red on it.

Seriously, I'll double check them when I get home tonight, but I didn't see a bit of color in them when I opened my sole Flag Bearer last night. My brother even remarked that it looked just like a master set d20.

On the plus side, I love the metallic gold General symbol.

That is excatly what i thought when i open mine. I wish the red was a lil lighter so you can see it better.

i don't have ornak yet, but i seen PoF's. I looked at his d6 and they have very slight hints of red swirls in them. I didn't look at the d20, but i think that it would have been much cooler if the red was more noticeable

I can see the swirls on the Valkyrie dice, but not the d20s.

My D20 and D6 are most definitely red, you have to look at them in the right light, but if you look at the points on the d20 you will see that it is not black...almost black though...or yours is black and you got owned by Hasbro...

That's actually a good army. I would take out Tornak and put in another set of Blade Gruts and Nerak.

My Utgar dice are all completely black

The red swirl is so subtle and blended in that my dice pretty much look a very dark brown to me. The Jandar dice look blue and the marbelization is so subtle that it almost just looks like a manufacturing error with the dye/plastic blending. They would have looked much better if they were marbelized more clearly ala some of the Chessex dice with a nice bold red and solid black.

Add to that how they aren't properly engraved and I'm more than a bit disappointed with the dice.
