I just downloaded this and after looking at how it works for about 30 seconds, I can easily say that it's much much better than using Gimp! It'll take me a lot less time to make customs now!

How should I format my figure images in order to load them?

They'll need to be in a format that allows transparent backgrounds like .PNG
I use GIMP to cut out the background and create the hit zone images. Be sure to leave extra space around your figure so you can adjust the position.

What are you doing when you get the error? Are you sure you extracted all the files?

It happens when I try to put a picture in the picture spot, but it was working until just recently.

I tried to duplicate the error, but couldn't. If it is ony certain images that cannot be imported, it could be that those files have been corrpted. If you cannot import any images onto a card, perhaps the program has been damaged. You could try extracting the program file again. Otherwise, I'm stumped. Hopefully, someone else on the site has had the same issue and knows how to fix it.
