There are a lot still up, but I did get the following message in my ebay inbox from ebay regarding the figure I won and am waiting on after already paying...

There seemed to be plenty of people that had multiples listed, I am waiting to hear something back and we shall see. I still don't know what the deal is.

i just got an email from my seller (Dankowsk in Urbana). He said that it was a competitor seller that tattled to Ebay saying Dankowsk's text/pics were the same as his so Ebay auto cancelled all the orders that had the "violation." those people who paid before the auto kill Dankowsk was able to ship out so some got the fig and some are in a holding pattern. The guy is a good guy and he should be able to help those that ebay auto killed. I actually found mine on my doorstep when I got home tonight so he did not let me know exactly what he will do for those who are in limbo. All I can say is good luck and it seems that he is very good with communication so hopefully he can work something out for those that got messed up in the fiasco. Unfortunately, I couldn't leave feedback for him because of the fiasco but I would work with him again and I hope my fellow scapers (if anyone else here bought one from him and didn't receive it) will be able to work it out with him.

I got a figure from Dankowski also and mine arrived yesterday. He is legit.

My figure is ordered from someone else, maybe the other party??? I sent him a message and was informed my fig was in the mail. I didn't doubt the seller, he has a good rating with no complaints and numerous sales. What I was curious about was why I received a message like two days after I paid for the item and was waiting for it to ship. I am so dying to have my figure now...must keep checking the mail!

I think (i don't know ebays official rules on selling) that the other party involved (the guy who busted my seller) wouldn't have lost his bids, maybe he did this to as many other sellers as he could just to mess with the competition. The only way that I could see it being the other party is if ebay pulls the parental path and punishes all parties involved in the scandal.

I bought one off ebay and got it today. The shipper crammed into a smal box and the card got all scrunched up. But the figure still looks awsome.

I got Sir hawthorne from ebay the other day! The seller had done a great job with the packaging and my card and figure were in mint condition! I was extatic!!! Sir Hawthorne is great IMO!
