When I play with friends, they pick Hulk, so I play against him so I know how good he is, but I like to play as Spider Man because I can't pick Hulk because my 20d roll is awful and I pick last. so I like Spider Man because I can not pick Hulk lol!

IMO it's gotta be Cap! He's so underpriced and has so much utility...the buff and Shield Throw are amazing, and for no reason at all he gets Counterstrike too. Synergy with 4th Mass is nuts, and I believe he's a Soldier so you can use him with Romans too.
Heroscape, or as the Chinese say, 'Hero-Scape', sport of emperors and bandits alike.
