app or app programmer needed

I am on the health committee at work, and we are looking for a phone app to help employees track their Bimetrics. I just need a simple app that can take 4 inputs (BMI, Choleterol, Glucose, Smoking) and display the outputs as colors (green "good", yellow "needs work", and red "Do something"). We would have to show our company logo. I don't imagine anything fancy, just a good givaway at a picnic our company is having.

If you know of one, let me know, if you can make one for droids and Iphones, there may be a little money in it for you.

Java, right? These guys should be able to help, a lot of them are novices and will work free or cheap, the higher-ups will be better and faster, but may charge more depending on what it is you want.

The Oracle folks are more experienced, and have a larger mobile-specific proggramer/scripter base.

I can't give you specific names for java, unfortunately.
