Character Bio - For years Stark Industries' technology was mimicked, stolen, and duplicated by other companies, but when governments around the world decided to take similar steps, Tony Stark knew he needed to take action. After designing a sleeker, faster, Iron Man suit, it was equipped with radar camouflage so that he could move into military bases and move out virtually undetected.

Yeah, I think our "faction" threads and our fine tuning behind the scenes helps to achieve this quite a bit, but there is still that 48 hour "breathing period" so we can make changes if we want to.

It's not just that. This card uses 3 simple pre-designed powers. Unless someone wants to suggest new ideas, this design is pretty solid.

True. Man this power set works really well IMO. The theme is all there and the powers are VERY complimenting. I think this design is going to annoy a lot of armies.

I'd consider moving Stealth Flying to the bottom of the card, lol. That's about all I can think of. Looks ready for ERB/testing to me.

I thought of that, but HyperSpeed 4 is an After Turn power.

But Flying and Stealth Flying ALWAYS go on the bottom. I can't think of a card where they don't.

There are a lot more too, but the "code" is more or less guidelines than actual rules.

Well Surfer is his definite precedent here ... unless we want to stick with only C3G precedents.

Silver Surfer is the only Official Figure (Classic and Marvel) where Flying or Stealth Flying is not on the bottom. I would rather stay consistant with the general trend and put it on the bottom.
